If you’re still deciding where to get married and want expert guidance throughout the process, Signature is the most popular choice. For couples who want every aspect of their guests’ travel managed—including flights—Penthouse offers the highest level of service.
Absolutely! As your plans evolve, you can upgrade your package at any time. Any fees you’ve already paid will be applied toward the upgraded package whenever possible.
No problem! Package pricing is based on the size and complexity of your wedding group. If your guest count exceeds the package guidelines, I’ll provide a custom quote before any additional services are added.
No. While I encourage guests to book through the room block to receive any available group benefits, each guest is free to make their own travel arrangements. Please note that I can only provide support and advocacy for reservations booked through Katie’s Travel Agency.
Yes! Flight booking for the wedding couple is included with every package. Guest flight booking is available as an add-on with the Signature package and is included with the Penthouse package.
Absolutely. I regularly coordinate travel for guests departing from multiple airports across the U.S. and Canada, making the process as seamless as possible for everyone.
Travel doesn’t always go exactly as planned, but you won’t have to navigate it alone. I’ll advocate on your behalf and assist with travel-related issues for reservations booked through Katie’s Travel Agency.

I recommend reaching out 12–18 months before your desired wedding date whenever possible. This gives you the best selection of resorts, wedding dates, room availability, and group perks, while also giving your guests plenty of time to plan and budget for the trip.
