A dedicated wedding coordinator is assigned to your wedding from start to finish. The team includes either Christy or Sharon, both of whom I’ve worked with and trust completely. They become your primary point of contact throughout the entire planning process.
Ceremony setup is fully covered: a decorated wedding gazebo with draping and floral accents, white chairs and ceremony table, sound system, and a non-denominational minister to perform the symbolic ceremony. You’re not sourcing these elements separately. The resort handles it.
You get bouquets and/or boutonnieres for the wedding couple, a wedding cake, and sparkling wine for the toast. These are details that might sound small but that matter in the moment.
On the day of the ceremony, one member of the wedding couple receives a complimentary room along with refreshments and amenities while getting ready. A room upgrade and late checkout the following day are also included, subject to availability.

It’s a complete, celebratory experience for the people getting married. If you do want to bring guests, additional guests are $180 per person — so you can keep it as personal as you want while still having a few of the right people there.
Beso
Starting Price: $3,105

Best For: Small, intimate weddings where the celebration still feels complete
The Beso is where things start to feel like a full wedding event. Up to 20 guests, a semi-private dinner at one of the resort’s restaurants on the wedding day, a 50-minute couple’s massage, and a private beach or pool cabana for a day. There’s also an optional rehearsal dinner at one of the resort restaurants ($25 per person, up to 25 people, subject to schedule availability) — a genuinely thoughtful option if you want to gather your people the night before. Abrazo

Abrazo is where you get a complete wedding day, not just a ceremony. Symbolic ceremonies at Live Aqua give you complete freedom. You choose the officiant, the words, the rituals, the readings. It’s your ceremony to design entirely.
Legal Ceremony (Mexican Civil)
If you want to be legally married in Mexico, Live Aqua can facilitate that. A legal ceremony is performed by a judge and is recognized worldwide. A few important things to plan for: you and your witnesses need to arrive at the resort at least three business days before your wedding date — weekends and Mexican holidays don’t count toward those three days. The vows are spoken in Spanish, and the ceremony runs about 20 to 25 minutes. Your officiant can translate as you go so your guests understand what’s happening.
Documentation is required in advance, and the list is specific: birth certificates for both of you, passports valid for at least six months, a health certificate and blood tests completed at the destination, and four witnesses over 18 years old — two per person. You’ll also need a completed civil wedding application form. If either of you is divorced, a final divorce decree is required and you need to have been legally divorced for at least one year. After the ceremony, you’ll need to register your marriage in your home country to have it recognized there — your wedding coordinator can walk you through that process.
